Kotlet



Kotlet is a kind of homemade kebab which is a good food for picnics or for dinner. It is usual that Persians try Yogurt drink after eating Kebabs. Kotlet is something like hamburger.

Ingredients:

Granulated meat, Onion, potato, spices, Egg

I have eaten in the homes of our Persian friends. We had something like those kotlets, which were good. My friend Noushin loves that yoghurt drink but when I tasted it I thought it was just awful :D
